 A Ray Dalton
Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer
Ray is credited with successfully starting and managing seven health care companies. Ray was instrumental in creating the first for-profit, full service, independent company in a marketplace that has grown to a size of twelve billion dollars over fifteen years. Ray is recognized as a leader and innovator in health care and business consulting, and remains in the forefront by creating new enterprises with practical innovations. He is a featured speaker and consultant to many regional and national organizations in the medical service marketplace.
Ray has successfully held top management positions, including President and CEO with such well-known corporations as TRW, AMSCO/Steris and General Electric. He has raised over $30 million in capital from professional venture capitalists and has on each occasion, provided a significant return to shareholders. Ray will provide the necessary strategic and business leadership to New Vista Partners to ensure its success.

Charles A. Koch
CPA, Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer
Charlie brings to the business a long history of financial, human resources and information systems management. He spent over twelve years with Arthur Andersen, eventually rising to the position of Senior Audit Manager and Consultant. In 1991, Charlie joined the management team of National Medical Diagnostics in Cleveland. Since then, Charlie has provided the expertise for the development of the financial management, human resource and information services controls for two high growth companies. Both National MD and OneSource Services, Inc. experienced double and triple digit growth during his tenure as financial and human resource manager. Under his direction, both companies successfully raised adequate venture capital financing and the necessary bank credit lines to fund profitable growth. During his tenure he was directly involved in the acquisition of over a dozen companies and helped complete the divestiture of both holding companies to General Electric.

Pat Fortunato
CPA and Associate
Pat has been involved in service management for over ten years. He has held senior management roles in operations, finance, inventory control and logistics. Pat was also responsible for the general management of a national depot repair
center that experienced more than 400% growth in profitability in three years. Pat brings a range of management and the technical skills required to ensure timely and accurate consulting advice.
